Smart Data Mining and Predictive Systems

Short-Text:

Smart Data Mining and Predictive Systems (Multi-Firm Project)

The basic goal is to successfully apply methods and algorithms developed in the strategic project "Prediction and Adaptation" to various manufacturing systems, machining processes, energy production, conditioning systems etc.
Particular challenges are the hybridization of data-driven models with physical-oriented models, dealing with a very low number of target measurements, high-dimensionality of the learning problem and significant dynamic changes in the processes over time.

Prediction and Adaptation in Predictive Maintenance Systems (Strategic Project)

Short-Text:

Strategic Project "Prediction and Adaptation" in Predictive Maintenance Systems

Basic research project to

  • improve current adaptive and evolving data-driven models in predictive maintenance (PdM) systems,
  • develop and improve automated process optimization techniques based on time-series forecast models,
  • perform enhanced anomaly detection for early recognition of arising problems,
  • develop new methods and algorithms for improved robustness, performance and useability of PdM models and optimization in dynamic processes.
